In the meta-theoretical framework, a full scientific theory is a complex hierarchical-network structure which covers three levels: 1) a set of ontological, epistemological-methodological and axiological assumptions (the philosophical basis of a theory); 2) a set of highly abstract theoretical notions and general theorems which compose the image of the world; 3) a set of notions and descriptive theorems which assert something directly about the object being examined (the empirical part).
